Refund & Return Policy – Nexta Pet Wellness

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. To initiate a return or replacement, kindly email us with your order number and photo of the product at Nextapetwellness@gmail.com. We will do our best to process a replacement as quickly as possible. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued, minus the shipping fee, within 5 business days to your preferred payment method.

Return Instructions:

  • If you wish to return the product, please ship it to the address provided on your parcel. Contact us via phone or WhatsApp to inform us about your return.

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will process a refund via Paytm, Google Pay, or Bank Transfer.

Refund Guidelines:

  • Refunds are not provided in cash; amounts will be transferred via bank or digital payment methods.

  • All products are quality checked before shipping. However, in case of human error, we will process a return or replacement as discussed.

Refunds/Returns Are Not Accepted Under the Following Conditions:

  1. Used or Damaged Products: Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a return or refund.

  2. Missing Product Parts: If the product is incomplete, a full product must be returned.

  3. Combo Sets: Products sold as part of a combo or set cannot be returned individually.

  4. Personal Preference: Returns for items simply because they don’t meet your personal expectations are not eligible.

  5. Size or Fit Issues: Size-related returns are only accepted if you contact us at the time of order confirmation. After shipment, no size changes or replacements will be possible.

  6. Stitched Items: If a product is semi-stitched or unstitched and altered by the customer, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

  7. Color Differences: Minor color variations between images and the actual product due to lighting or screen settings are not eligible for returns.

  8. Washed Products: Any product that has been washed by the customer cannot be returned or refunded.

Order Cancellation:

  • To cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If you are unable to send an email, you may cancel your order by informing our confirmation team during the order verification call.

Shipping Address Changes:

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Complaints and Issues:

  • For any complaints or return requests, a video of unpacking the product is required to proceed with the issue resolution.
